Devices are inspected, function-tested, data-wiped and cleaned by in-house specialists, and supplied to corporate and individual buyers in compliance with the RMJ standard. Since 2011 we have actively built an overseas trading network supporting both domestic and international transactions.

    Humancore reviews your industry record and continuity. We may ask for supporting documents if needed.

    On approval, we send your login credentials. Offer posting, buy requests and chat negotiations are available the same day.

    Every deal flows through Humancore

    After a match, the contract, inspection, settlement and shipping are all handled by Humancore as the principal. You do not need to negotiate separately with multiple counterparties.

It does not matter to you. On RE:FON, your counterparty is always Humancore Co., Ltd., regardless of who the lister is. Humancore assumes responsibility for the contract, payment, inspection and shipping in every deal.

No. Settlement is made directly with Humancore. You do not need to investigate the credit or payment ability of any individual lister.

Humancore, as the principal, takes responsibility. The contact point is always a single party ― you never have to track down the original lister.

Most B2B marketplaces "match" sellers and buyers, leaving the contract and settlement between the two parties. RE:FON puts Humancore between the lister and the buyer as a trading house, becoming the counterparty in every deal ― a trading-house model.

Nothing on the user side. No registration fee, no monthly fee, no transaction commission. Final sale prices are negotiated and agreed per deal in chat (for overseas trades the final price may differ from the posted price due to import/export costs).

We assess industry history, transaction scale and continuity comprehensively. Applicants without a track record in the reuse industry, or individuals, cannot be accepted.
