How to use the chat function

You can start a chat with our operations team by clicking the "Chat Inquiry" button from buy or sell request details. After your inquiry, our operations team will coordinate with the original registering dealer. Also, when our operations team wishes to buy or sell, they may contact you via chat.

Yes, you can send image files (JPG, PNG), PDF files, Excel files, etc. within the chat. However, there are file size limits.

The number of unread messages is displayed as a badge on the chat icon in the navigation menu. Also, chat rooms with unread messages are highlighted on the chat list page.
