By linking your LINE account, you can receive new request notifications and chat message notifications on LINE as well. You can set this up from "Notification Settings" in the settings page. Integration is optional - you can use all features with email notifications alone.

Click the "Link with LINE" button in "Notification Settings" on the settings page. The LINE login screen will appear - log in with your LINE account and authorize the integration. Once linked, the RE:FON official LINE account will be automatically added as a friend.

In "Notification Settings" on the settings page, select your country code and enter the phone number you use with WhatsApp. A verification code will be sent to your WhatsApp - enter it within 5 minutes to complete the integration.

Turn off the toggle switch for each service in "Notification Settings" on the settings page to pause notifications. To completely unlink, use the "Unlink" button. In either case, email notifications will continue.

When you unlink, the LINE User ID or WhatsApp phone number stored by us is promptly deleted. To receive notifications again, you will need to go through the linking process again.

You may have blocked the RE:FON official account in the LINE app. Check in the LINE app under "Friends List" → "Blocked List" and unblock it. Then turn the toggle back on in the notification settings page.

Please check your WhatsApp app notification settings. The issue may also be caused by your device's power saving settings or background communication restrictions. If the problem persists, try turning the toggle back on in the notification settings, or contact us.

For LINE integration, we obtain and store your LINE User ID (a LINE account identifier). For WhatsApp integration, we store the phone number you provide. This information is used solely for sending notifications and is deleted when you unlink. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

First unlink your current integration, then re-link with the new account/number. You can unlink from "Notification Settings" → "Unlink" on the settings page.
